Thanks for sharing your process. I have a small backyard vineyard with 20 vines of Chardonnay and 20 of a Merlot. Planted Chardonnay 3 years ago and the Merlot last year. Have had low yield of Chardonnay due to Black Rot fungus but will press on. Interested in how to grow and make wine.
